Dewa19 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and obligations binding on all users of dewa19's services. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of this platform.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by dewa19, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the dewa19 platform.

- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised it.
- Users must notify dewa19 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
Platform Usage Rules
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the dewa19 system is strictly prohibited.
- Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring their account to any other party under any circumstances.
- All betting activity must be conducted for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or third-party purpose.
MYR Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dewa19 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details and payment methods are accurate and belong to themselves.
Deposit Policy
- Minimum deposit amounts and daily transaction limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may be updated from time to time.
- All deposits must come from a legitimate source. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
- Dewa19 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and may take between one and three business days.
- Dewa19 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that show signs of suspicious activity until an investigation is completed.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Dewa19 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical disruptions, or system failures beyond our control.
The dewa19 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or cyberattacks at all times.
Account Termination & Suspension
- Dewa19 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to be in violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to reclaim any remaining balance in the account, unless otherwise determined at dewa19's sole discretion.
- Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the dewa19 support team.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the dewa19 platform are the exclusive property of dewa19 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reuse any of this content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
